Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, multimedia, broadcast, or related field
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Digital Signage, Dalet, IPTV/streaming, Video Walls, AV/IT Technologies including AV over IP networks, broadcast control rooms, and media asset management
  • Deep understanding of workflows related to live streaming, broadcast media systems, video editing, and connectivity
  • Proficiency with server and networking fundamentals across Linux, Windows, and MacOS
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, multicast/unicast, firewalls, ACLs, and AV over IP networking
  • Experience supporting on-air environments and broadcast centers
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide technical teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stretch, and climb as needed

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain high-availability multimedia systems including Digital Signage, Broadcast Operations, IPTV, and Video Walls
  • Lead project design discussions for scalable media architecture, including system diagrams, hardware specs, and disaster recovery models
  • Manage relationships with AV system vendors, integrators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and review service contracts, SLAs, and technical documentation
  • Create and improve workflows for media asset management and broadcast operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex multimedia system issues, coordinating with IT operations to identify root causes and implement solutions
  • Contribute to the continuous development of design and engineering best practices within the multimedia team
