Music Love Academy is a new and growing music school in Fairfax, VA, dedicated to inspiring a lifelong love of music. We offer private lessons, group classes, early childhood programs, and performance opportunities for students of all ages.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile Music Teachers to join our faculty. Candidates should specialize in one or more instruments (piano, strings, guitar, ukulele, percussion, etc.) and/or voice, and be comfortable teaching students across a wide range of ages—from toddlers and infants in group classes to school-aged children, teens, and adults in both individual and group lessons.

Responsibilities

• Teach individual and group lessons for children, teens, and adults.
• Lead early childhood music classes for toddlers and infants.
• Provide voice instruction and performance preparation when applicable.
• Prepare students for recitals, festivals, and competitions.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and inspiring learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Music Performance, Music Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Teaching experience with children and/or adults preferred.
• Ability to teach multiple instruments or voice is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for music education and student success.
