Job Summary

The University of North Georgia Department of Music seeks applicants to serve as part-time accompanist/collaborative pianist.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: playing for student lessons and rehearsals, playing for student juries, playing for student recital hour, divisional, and honors recital performances, playing for faculty or guest artist recitals and master classes, support for studio and/or other academic courses, playing for student auditions. The position requires some evening and weekend availability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in piano or equivalent professional experience required, masters preferred.
  • Two years of collaborative piano/accompanying experience.
  • Strong sight-reading skills.
