Studio Manager / Head Trainer Job at F45training12 in Bothell

Overview

Our F45 Training, Bothell team is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Head Trainer. F45 Trainers lead classes, working closely with each member to provide the ultimate F45 experience. Our coaches are masters of energy, technique, motivation, and inspiration. As an F45 Head Trainer, you will manage the team of full-time and part-time trainers, run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps members returning, and promote the F45 brand throughout the market area.

Responsibilities

• Lead F45 group training classes, coaching a minimum of 20 classes per week
• Manage the team of studio trainers
• Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using correct form, and offer modifications as needed
• Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45
• Inspire members to utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including referral/lead generation activities with Sales
• Welcome first-time members, walk them through the F45 process
• Prepare monthly coaches schedule for teaching classes
• Order supplies (e.g., cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels)
• Post to social media
• Set up the studio for functional training classes
• Maintain studio cleanliness and condition
• Conduct monthly meetings with the coaches team to review new F45 phases
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed
• Assist with membership sales
• Collaborate with Sales team/other coaches to plan and run the F45 Challenge

Qualifications

• Current/Active CPT certification from NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or NAFC (REQUIRED)
• Current/Active CPR/AED certification (REQUIRED)
• Experience with MINDBODY management software
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training or group fitness
• Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Excitement to learn, grow and take on feedback
• Work experience leading a team of trainers

• Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
