Full Stack Web Developer
Location: Los Angeles – Onsite

TalentoHC has partnered with a well-established law firm in Downtown Los Angeles looking to add a Full Stack Web Developer that will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing their websites and landing pages. This role will be part of the marketing department and will work cross-functionally with our intake, marketing, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have experience owning and managing site performance, optimization, integration, and future content builds.

Responsibilities

• Performance of multiple websites and key landing pages across the business
• Overseeing key website vitals and performance metrics
• Developing, testing and debugging maintainable, clean code
• Designing and optimizing user experience/interactions on our web applications
• Ensure responsive design and accessibility of applications and websites
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimization
• Setting up servers and databases
• Working with graphic designers to design and install new features
• Maintaining security, scalability and speed of web development efforts
• Provide guidance and oversight to team members
• Work with vendors to integrate third-party applications and APIs into our clients\' platforms

Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack experience, with strong WordPress expertise.
• Expertise in Web development, including HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap
• Experience with Vanilla JavaScript, WordPress theme builders (Ex. Divi or Thrive), familiarity with PHP Myadmin Database management, and Salesforce (plus)
• Strong understanding of SEO principles
• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting ad operations and technical issues related to marketing tracking and analytic tools
• Knowledge of server configurations and hosting environment
• Familiarity with Zapier or similar automation services
• Experience developing lead-generating, conversion-driven landing pages
• Experience with call tracking technologies like Call Rail
• Experience with one or more JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook and desire to innovate
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work on call as needed

Compensation (Commensurate with Experience): $100,000 - $150,000
