Luli Fama, a leading designer of women’s swim, resort and active wear, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multichannel marketing strategies, including digital and traditional platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, content creation, and performance marketing. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement across various channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and print advertising. Manage the content marketing strategy, ensuring high-quality content is produced for websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and e-commerce to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Lead budgeting efforts for all marketing initiatives while ensuring effective allocation of resources. Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance advertising sales opportunities. Constant and seamless PR planning for year-round events, activities, engagements, etc. Organizing and attending promotional events, co-op activations and branding opportunities. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Experience working in Luxury/Retail Fashion industry. Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on multichannel marketing strategies. Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing techniques, content marketing, B2B marketing, and performance marketing principles. Proficiency in using WordPress for website management along with basic HTML skills for content updates. Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools to streamline campaigns effectively. Excellent research skills coupled with strong copywriting abilities to create compelling content across various formats. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively while fostering collaboration across departments. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, along with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Type: Full-time Seniority level
