We are currently expanding our implementation team and seek enthusiastic consultants ready to integrate cutting-edge technology into the life sciences sector. In this remote, full-time role, interaction with customers is key, and you will have the flexibility to work from home or in the office as you prefer. This position requires travel up to 25%, dependent on team needs and project requirements. Note that Veeva Systems does not sponsor employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery workshops with customers to ensure alignment with best practices and develop tailored solutions.
• Communicate complex client and solution concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Develop expertise in our Vault platform to support customer needs effectively.
• Oversee application build, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and track interdependencies among various program or project work streams.
• Create and maintain project deliverables and standards, including process standards.
• Plan ongoing support and application adjustments post-implementation to maximize customer capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant consulting or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Document/Content Management is essential.
• A proven track record of engaging with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for various audiences.
• Excellent presentation and solution design skills.
• Travel requirements vary; post-implementation roles involve minimal travel.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with life sciences customers (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical/diagnostic devices).

Compensation:

• Base salary: $70,000 - $140,000.
• This range is provided for compliance with local regulations, with actual salaries potentially varying based on experience and location. Additional compensation may be offered, including bonuses and stock options.
