Job Description
We are looking for a Event Planner to manage and support key events such as Global/Geo Pivot, Seasonal Investment Review, and other high-impact moments. This role involves planning, coordinating with vendors, handling logistics, and working with global stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize meetings and events.
- Coordinate executive schedules with multiple partners.
- Manage vendors and create purchase orders.
- Support attendees, agendas, and event documentation.
- Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of event/meeting management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac Keynote, and Smartsheet.
- Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
