The Product Marketing Director drives strategic product marketing initiatives for Presidio's services portfolio, playing a pivotal role in developing our services product strategy, positioning and materials. This leadership position owns product positioning, messaging strategy, and go-to-market execution across all service offerings. The role bridges product strategy, sales enablement, and market intelligence to ensure Presidio's services resonate with target audiences and drive revenue growth. Director / Snr. Responsibilities Include: Lead services product marketing strategy development including positioning, messaging frameworks, and value proposition articulation for Presidio's service portfolio. Build and manage a high-performing team of Product Marketing Specialists and content creators providing mentorship and career development guidance. Own go-to-market strategy for new services and solutions, ensuring coordinated execution across sales, marketing, and delivery teams. Partner with Services Product Managers to translate technical capabilities into compelling market narratives and customer value stories. Leverages competitive intelligence programs to maintain deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor positioning, and differentiation opportunities. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop sales enablement strategies, tools, and training that accelerate deal velocity. Collaborates with market research team to identify customer needs, buying behaviors, and emerging trends that inform product strategy. Establish product marketing metrics and KPIs, measuring impact on pipeline generation, win rates, and revenue growth. Create executive-level presentations and thought leadership content positioning Presidio as a market leader. Partner with demand generation teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product positioning and buyer journey stages. Manage analyst relations and participate in industry events to elevate Presidio's market presence. Drive pricing and packaging strategies in collaboration with Product Management and Finance teams. Oversee creation of high-impact marketing assets including case studies, white papers, and customer success stories. Champion voice-of-customer programs to ensure market feedback influences product roadmap decisions. Technology and Area of Specialization
Deep expertise in B2B technology marketing with focus on services and solutions selling. Mastery of marketing technology stack including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Understanding of product marketing frameworks and methodologies for complex B2B offerings. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and modern buyer engagement strategies. 15+ years of progressive product marketing experience in B2B technology or services. 7+ years of people management experience building and leading marketing teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA strongly preferred. Deep understanding of product marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Proven track record of successful product launches and GTM execution. Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles. Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through market insights. Strong project management skills to orchestrate cross-functional initiatives. Excellence in written and verbal communication across all levels of organization.
