Senior Marketing Manager – The Denman Group The Denman Group is one of Greater Boston’s and Massachusetts top-performing real estate teams, built on a foundation of relationships, results, and integrity. Our mission is to

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager — a hardworking, strategic, creative, self-starting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role will be responsible for growing and protecting The Denman Group brand across digital and traditional channels while driving business growth through compelling campaigns, lead generation, and community-focused marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee all brand, communication, PR, advertising, digital, and print marketing efforts to ensure consistency and impact across all platforms.
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement an annual marketing strategy and budget aligned with company goals.
Execute and optimize existing marketing campaigns while creating fresh, innovative initiatives to engage our database and attract new leads.
Design, implement, and optimize high-converting lead funnels and landing pages, while managing the entire lead lifecycle—from capture to nurture to conversion.
Build and manage an Agent Marketing Calendar; produce custom weekly email, social, and video marketing assets for agent use.
Create and manage multi-touch sphere-of-influence campaigns—including digital retargeting, event promotion, email drip campaigns, and client appreciation.
Partner with internal and external creatives to market the team, individual agents, and listings.
Strategize and grow the team’s presence across social media and video platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
Plan and execute brand-building and community engagement activities focused on thought leadership and philanthropy.
Manage and mentor marketing team members, both in-person and virtual, ensuring high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
Oversee relationships with external vendors, including creatives, printers, ad agencies, and marketing software providers.
Manage content creation and scheduling for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Own and maintain a social media calendar, posting quality content at least five times per week.
Lead marketing campaigns in partnership with Leadership to drive business growth and recruiting.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to plan and test lead acquisition campaigns.
Maintain a team blog, monthly email newsletters, and quarterly market reports.
Join agents in the field or at events to capture lifestyle and property content.
Develop marketing collateral across print, digital, photo, and video formats (e.g., brochures, business cards, listing presentations, signage, and branded materials).
Design and deliver high-quality listing assets: brochures, postcards, social posts, custom property websites, and post-listing performance reports.
Use the team’s CRM to execute and track the Sphere Touch Program.
Leverage platforms like Google Suite, Curaytor, Compass Platform, Sisu, etc. to manage marketing, web, and performance tools.
Lead all aspects of client event planning (2 large events, 10+ smaller events annually), including promotion and multichannel engagement strategy.
Track and analyze marketing performance and ROI, providing quarterly reporting to leadership and weekly updates to the team.
Create and implement email drip campaigns for lead engagement.
Support lead conversion by creating automated follow-up sequences with the Director of Sales.
Proven experience across marketing disciplines—brand, social, print, digital, video, and content.
Visual thinker with a strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in digital tools: InDesign, Adobe Suite, Google Workspace, Compass CRM, and social platforms.
Experience generating and analyzing marketing performance metrics.
Adaptable, resourceful, and composed under pressure.
Positive team player with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Project management excellence and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience managing both in-house and remote marketing staff.
Proven ability to coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in real estate or a fast-paced, client-service business.
Leadership: Prior experience managing teams and vendor relationships strongly preferred.
