We’re hiring a Corporate Event Planner for a hybrid position in Costa Mesa, California, to support the employee engagement initiatives of a leading organization. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind vibrant in-office and hybrid experiences that foster community, culture, and connection. You’ll work closely with internal teams and executives to develop and execute high-impact events and activations that align with the company’s brand and values. Corporate Event Planner Responsibilities : Design and implement engaging employee experiences across North America, focusing on in-office and hybrid events. Spearhead initiatives like Collaboration Thursdays and regional engagement activities, reviving community-driven programs. Transform employee feedback into impactful engagement opportunities that align with our client’s brand. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Internal Communications, and site operations to ensure seamless event execution. Stay informed on the latest trends in workplace culture, inclusion practices, and hybrid engagement strategies. Operate under the guidance of the Internal Communications Manager to achieve strategic goals. Corporate Event Planner Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially for those considering a transition to a full-time role. A minimum of 12 years of experience in employee engagement, event planning, or internal communications. Proven expertise in developing and executing employee engagement programs. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and large groups. A charismatic personality with high energy and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
