Digital Marketing Specialist at American Student Assistance (ASA). We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for working on paid media platforms (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok). You will support campaigns in fast-paced environments and contribute heavily to our mission-driven marketing initiatives. What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Support: Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager in planning and executing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. Track and maintain deadlines, deliverables, and campaign timelines across platforms and internal teams. Support strategy and ongoing management of influencer marketing campaigns. Ad Trafficking & Quality Assurance: Own trafficking of digital ad campaigns, including uploading creative assets, setting targeting parameters, and implementing tracking links. Conduct routine QA of live ads to ensure accuracy of links, targeting, and creative placements across channels. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor active campaigns and flag performance anomalies, pacing issues, or delivery concerns in real time. Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot and optimize performance based on platform insights and benchmarks. Data & Analytics: Assist in compiling campaign data and creating reports using tools like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and native ad platform dashboards while contributing to performance summaries to identify insights and areas for improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with in-house creative team to ensure campaign assets meet platform specifications and are delivered on time. Create and manage project tickets in tools like Jira and Asana to align deliverables across teams. About You

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media. Familiarity with one or more digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA) and performance analysis. Experience with ad trafficking and campaign setup in platform UIs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills—able to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously. Familiarity with Google Analytics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns is a plus! Salary Range:

$67,000 - $86,000 American Student Assistance is committed to fair and transparent pay. In determining compensation, we consider a variety of job-related factors, including prior experience, certifications and licenses, skills and expertise, geographic location, and internal equity. We take a total compensation approach, meaning we look beyond salary alone to support, reward, and recognize the whole individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include a bonus, 403(b) retirement plan participation, generous paid time off, and comprehensive health and life insurance benefits. As a result, final offer amounts may vary from the salary range listed in the job posting.
