Craft the vision for the brand within Adobe’s products. Design and define the product brand system, including logos, in‑product illustrations and graphics, colors, branded components, rules, and hierarchy. Design modern, engaging, and user-centric experiences that delight and have an impact. Collaborate with product designers and managers, brand strategists, engineers, and other partners throughout the product cycle to ensure the team’s work is implemented correctly inside products, presentations, and other experiences. Communicate ideas and tell visual stories through motion, prototypes, and presentations. Lead and collaborate with other designers to deliver on the brand vision. Work on a variety of side projects including conference graphics, motion graphics and videos, presentations, posters, swag, books, and other printed materials. Be flexible and capable of handling multiple projects with timelines ranging from a few days to a few months in an iterative, high-velocity design practice. What you need to succeed

Excellent design judgment, craft, and aesthetic sense; ability to translate ideas into sketches, storyboards, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and animation. Strong experience designing innovative and sophisticated solutions for brands and digital product design systems. Collaborative attitude and experience working with teams globally. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting work to executive partners or clients; be organized. Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead early strategy, take initiative, and learn new skills. Experience working with engineering and product designers to move designs through production and shipping. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience using Figma. A degree in design is not required, but equivalent experience, an exceptional portfolio, and resume are. A love of all things design. Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities. Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards. Accessibility certifications such as CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP are preferred. About Adobe Design

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We are a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines: Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $117,000 – $227,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), with short-term incentives in the form of sales commissions. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary with potential short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. State-Specific Notices
