Overview We are looking for a kick-ass creative leader for our internal agency Global Studio in driving a consistent brand vision for the Amazon brand globally. This creative lead role falls under Amazon central brand and creative team, bringing exceptional ideas with a high level of craft to global and partner teams.
Responsibilities Drive world-class global campaigns across Amazon and lead the conceptualization, execution, and scaling of breakthrough, global 360 creative assets (TV, social, digital, OOH, etc.)
Deliver concepts and copy in Amazon\'s unique brand voice and partner with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality work
Act as a hands-on creative director who can develop work individually while also collaborating with and leading teams
Understand project needs quickly, respond to briefs with fresh ideas and strategic thinking, and professionally present work with enthusiasm for both inspired creative and logical thinking
Work across multiple marketing channels and navigate the complexities of a global brand
Develop cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to inform strategy and consumer insights
Drive creative campaigns at scale for global audiences and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Foster a culture of experimentation, leverage the latest technologies, and raise the bar for creative output
Qualifications 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team
Bachelor\'s degree
A portfolio demonstrating integrated campaigns spanning TV/Film, digital, OOH, social media, design and radio
5+ years experience overseeing creative teams in some management capacity (internal team of copywriters, art directors, designers, external agencies and freelancers)
Proven copywriting skills—from campaign concepts to headlines to scripts—with the ability to deliver engaging copy across brands and tones
Effective at scaling creative campaigns across channels for global audiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and juggle multiple projects
Develop cross-functional relationships to drive strategy and consumer insights
Deep understanding of digital marketing, emerging platforms, and audience-centric messaging principles
Experience working on a brand with global scale and cultural adaptability
Present creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Experience with a world-class advertising agency or consultancy
Curiosity to dig into success metrics and understand key drivers
Proficiency in Figma, Keynote
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on creative projects
Self-motivated team player with refined and assertive leadership skills
Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines
Foster a creative culture that embraces experimentation and leverages new technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total package, in addition to benefits.
