Overview

Social Media Content Creator role at Jobs via Dice. This position is located in Framingham, MA and may require onsite shoots at Company store locations. Some days may be remote, but onsite presence may be needed once or more per week depending on video shoot needs.

The Content Creator reports to the Creative Director and serves as a storyteller, videographer, director and editor with strong knowledge of social media. Candidate should be an active consumer of content, current with digital and industry trends, and able to produce engaging, innovative creative that aligns with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to research, concept, produce, edit and execute videos and social media assets across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Lead video shoots from setup to directing talent and coordinating with additional crew; may include live events and internal communications.
• Develop initial rough storyboards or mock-ups for internal and marketing review.
• Stay on top of the latest digital and industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality and tone, while pushing creative boundaries.
• Ensure accuracy in all finished products.
• Lead projects from research and concepting through production and editing to final execution.

Qualifications / Skills

• Focus on best-in-class social media practices.
• Experience leading video shoots, including setup and direction of talent or brand leaders.
• Active learner of new techniques to improve design, video and content creation skills, including AI.
• Experience developing creative for use in the retail channel experience is a plus.
• Understanding of how to create content that draws an audience in.
• Expertise in design techniques, skills, tools and procedures for design and motion graphics is a plus.
