Responsibilities

• Hiring Manager is looking for Lead ead Fullstack Java Angular Developer with 60% Frontend - Angular UI & 40% Backend - Java

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology initiatives, develop companywide engineering standards and best practices, and act as a mentor to junior engineers.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document features for large-scale Angular applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using CSS3, Flexbox, Angular Material, or Kendo UI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, utilizing RxJS for asynchronous data and complex state management.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.

Technical Skills

• UI Frameworks: Experience with Angular Material or Kendo UI.
• Asynchronous Programming: Deep understanding of RxJS, Observables, and reactive programming.
• Testing: Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.
• Accessibility: Experience implementing web accessibility standards like WCAG.
• Cloud & Architecture: Experience with cloud platforms (PCF, OCP), distributed streaming applications, and messaging systems (Solace, Kafka) is a plus.

Experience & Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a software development role.
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Fixed Income or Credit Products, is valuable.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
