Overview

Field Service Technician "Audio Visual" – $80,000 - $86,000 Yearly. We are looking to hire a full-time Field Services Technician as part of our A/V team. We provide A/V solutions for our end clients throughout the tri-state area. Our solutions include installations, servicing, programming, monitoring, and support of premium Audio Visual equipment for commercial and enterprise level clients. The hired candidate will perform servicing of Audio Visual equipment such as Digital Signage, Video Conferencing, Interactive Displays, Control Systems, Sound Systems, Room Systems, Video Walls, and related components.

Responsibilities

• Service and support Audio Visual equipment in commercial and enterprise environments (installations & servicing).
• Perform installations, maintenance, programming, monitoring, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to schedule site visits across the tri-state area.
• Operate and maintain equipment including Digital Signage, Video Conferencing, Interactive Displays, Control Systems, Sound Systems, Room Systems, and Video Walls.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial/enterprise level AV experience (installations & servicing).
• Familiar with Crestron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
• Willingness to visit sites in the tri-state area.

Details

• Location: Primarily NYC/NJ but will be in the tri-state area.
• Monthly stipends: $600/month for car and $100/month for cell phone.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (not on call).
• Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00/yr.
