MLA Speech Language Pathologist Needed For an Elementary School Caseload

We are ramping up our special education team for the remainder of the school year! Interviews are being scheduled as soon as this week followed by quick offers.

Position Summary:

• The Speech Language Pathologist will service both preschool and elementary school kiddos, full-time, from September to October and from October to January.
• In this role, you'll provide diagnostic and therapeutic services tailored to a diverse population, helping students overcome speech, language, and communication barriers that may affect academic performance and social development.
• Whether you're fully licensed or in your Clinical Fellowship Year, we welcome your expertise and energy — and will support your growth every step of the way with mentorship and ASHA-compliant supervision.
• You'll collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and families who value language access, inclusion, and student potential.

Requirements

• Provide proof of Illinois state SLP license.
• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
• Provide proof of Illinois PEL with Speech Therapy endorsement.
