About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes Discord and Reddit. Someone who doesn’t just moderate, but understands the ecosystem, the culture, and the unique levers that make these platforms tick. You will build, grow, and nurture our community on Discord, Reddit, Slack, and similar spaces. You’ll act as the voice of Genstore.ai in these channels, while also bringing back user insights, shaping product strategy, and helping amplify our brand through authentic engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Own our Discord & Reddit presence: moderate, engage, seed discussions, host events (AMAs, live chats, etc.), ensure community standards and safety.
• Create content & conversation starters that resonate on Reddit & Discord — leveraging each platform’s norms and strengths.
• Track, analyze, and report community health and growth: user retention/activity, sentiment, feedback loops.
• Surface insights from community: features people love, common pain points, unmet needs; work with Product / Marketing / Support to act on them.
• Identify, nurture, and collaborate with power users / community advocates / moderators.
• Maintain awareness of Discord & Reddit trends, tools, moderation best practices, emerging platform features.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable experience with Discord & Reddit: you can show us communities you’ve built, contributed to, moderated, or grown.
• Deep understanding of Discord server mechanics & Reddit subs: roles, bots, moderation tools, culture, rules, content formats etc.
• Excellent written communication: you know how to write posts/comments/events in ways that spark conversation and trust.
• Analytical mindset: metrics-driven; comfortable tracking community KPIs, making strategy adjustments.
• Self-starter mentality: ability to experiment, iterate, lead initiatives independently.
