smartdept. is searching for a YouTube Content Creator for a luxury architecture and construction client located in Winter Park, CO. The ideal candidate will come with 5+ years of experience. This is a fully remote ongoing contract opportunity.

Brief Summary

The YouTube Content Creator will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging video content that showcases the client’s high-end projects, design process, and brand story. This role requires a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and an understanding of luxury branding to elevate the client’s digital presence and engage a discerning audience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, script, film, and edit original YouTube videos highlighting architectural projects, behind-the-scenes content, and company milestones
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing to plan video content that aligns with the brand’s voice and luxury aesthetic
• Manage the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing titles/descriptions/tags, and monitoring analytics
• Stay current on content trends in luxury, architecture, and design to ensure videos remain innovative and relevant
• Ensure all content meets the highest standards of visual quality, storytelling, and brand alignment

What You’ll Need

Education/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in video content creation, preferably for luxury, architecture, or design brands

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with luxury brands or high-end clientele
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong visual storytelling and creative direction skills
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO and channel growth strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of architecture, design, or construction industry terminology
