Overview
We are seeking a Creative Content Designer to join our fast-growing, AI-driven real estate data organization. This role is a unique opportunity to work hand-in-hand with the CEO and leadership team to shape and tell our company’s story. From creating compelling investor decks to driving brand cohesion, you will be at the center of our storytelling, design, and creative communication efforts.
This position is ideal for a curious, collaborative, and versatile designer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, where priorities shift and creativity drives impact.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders (Capital Markets, Supply Chain, etc.) to translate complex business and financial information into clear, compelling visual stories.
- Design and refine presentation decks, branding materials, and marketing collateral that effectively communicate to investors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ghostwrite and develop brand-aligned content that supports company-wide communications.
- Create visualizations and storyboards to synthesize data, KPIs, and financial spreadsheets into standout numbers and digestible visuals.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of marketing collateral that can be plug-and-play or easily adapted to specific audiences.
- Ensure brand cohesion across all internal and external assets, maintaining a balance between creative storytelling and professional polish.
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and AI-driven creative applications to enhance workflows.
- Work in a highly collaborative, unstructured environment, taking initiative and adjusting to shifting priorities with enthusiasm.
Must Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in content design, visual communication, or creative marketing.
- Strong creative writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven experience developing professional, visually engaging presentations and graphical content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required (experience outweighs education).
