Overview

Welcome to Fi. We’re a passionate team from Square, Google, Peloton, Uber, and more working to transform the dog-human relationship. Our mission is to develop cutting-edge technology to revolutionize what it means to be a dog parent. Fi is leveraging our team\'s talent and expertise to improve the lives of the millions of dogs in the U.S. Real-time location tracking, activity, sleep and behavior monitoring – and that\'s just the beginning. The most exciting aspect of our work is bridging the communication gap between dogs and humans. Fi is building a future where everyone knows how their dog feels in real time and how to keep their best friend in good shape. If you thrive in innovative, collaborative environments and are passionate about helping dogs live longer, better lives, Fi could be the perfect fit.

Fi is looking for an Associate Creative Director. This role reports to the VP of Brand & Creative and owns the day-to-day creative flow at Fi, leading a team of talented designers. You\'ll be hands-on—designing, art directing, and shaping campaigns, brand communications, and digital experiences that show people who we are and why we matter. It\'s a role for someone who loves both the details and the big picture, crafting beautiful, thoughtful work while ensuring every touchpoint feels connected and unmistakably Fi.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the brand look & feel: Lead Fi\'s visual identity, voice, and design system as we evolve into the next stage of growth
  • Concept & direct campaigns: From big, culture-driving ideas to always-on content, set the creative vision and guide execution across digital, social, product, and partnerships
  • Be hands-on: Jump into design, art direction, and storytelling when it matters—balancing vision with craft
  • Build and mentor: Nurture a growing creative team, giving them space to shine while raising the creative bar
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to translate strategy into memorable creative that resonates
  • Champion consistency: Ensure everything we ship—from a TikTok post to a major product launch—feels cohesive, fresh, and on-brand

What You’ll Bring

  • A portfolio that shows bold, brand-defining work—identity, campaigns, and storytelling that sticks
  • 7+ years of experience in creative direction, design, or art direction, with time spent both at agencies and in-house
  • A strong POV on brand identity and voice—and the ability to flex across mediums, from digital to physical to experiential
  • Mastery of design and art direction, with fluency in photography, video, and performance-driven content
  • Comfort toggling between concepting big ideas and rolling up your sleeves to execute them
  • Experience working with fast-growing, high-visibility brands (tech, lifestyle, wellness, etc. a plus)

Why You\'ll Love Us

  • Time to Recharge: Enjoy flexible PTO to take the breaks you need
  • Top-Notch Health Coverage: We\'ve got your back (and teeth and eyes) with full medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Wellness Perks: Free access to One Medical, Kindbody, and Talkspace to keep you feeling your best
  • Give Back to the Pups: Make tails wag with a $500 annual donation to a dog charity of your choice through our BarkBack Program
  • Free Fi Membership: Your furry best friend(s) get all the benefits of a Fi collar, on us!
