The Opportunity
Join Adobe Studio, our in-house creative agency that crafts everything from award-winning advertising and marketing campaigns to inspiring feature films, documentaries, and scroll-stopping social media content. Bring your writing skills to our diverse, dedicated team of dreamers, doers, and brand builders.
What You 00ll Do
- Lead the copy and/or brand architecture writing process and ensure copy integrates with design elements.
- Use data and feedback to inform creative decisions.
- Direct agency partners as needed on copy architecture.
- Work closely with leadership to set goals and define creative vision.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to inform and guide new initiatives.
- Share organizational goals and creative vision with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify comprehensive cross-discipline solutions for complex branding challenges.
- Play a key role in developing and/or adopting new technologies or methodologies.
- Direct and mentor junior creative team members.
- Represent the team 0s mission, vision, and values (e.g., speak at conferences and contribute to industry blogs).
What 0s Needed to Succeed
- 8+ years’ experience in creative direction or a related field, with a proven ability to drive and deliver innovative solutions across multiple platforms.
- Advanced experience across multiple disciplines (web, print, interactive, etc.) and the ability to oversee work from various functions.
- A blend of strategic oversight, creative direction, and strong collaboration with agency partners.
- Significant experience in the development and delivery of new technology or major innovations.
- Strong presentation and social skills.
- Ability to work optimally in a fast-moving environment, anticipate issues, and think big-picture.
- Familiarity with the principles of design that inform copywriting.
- A positive and forward-thinking attitude.
Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,800 -- $193,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
For Adobe, sales roles have starting salaries expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), with short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles have starting salaries expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
