The Role We are seeking an inspiring Area Manager Chicago reporting into the Regional VP to oversee two of our boutiques and lead a talented team of approximately 10 people. You will take full ownership of team leadership, client experience, and sales performance across your stores. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader who thrives in luxury retail and who wants to make an impact by inspiring teams, delighting clients, and driving growth in one of the most important luxury markets in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve ambitious sales goals. Act as a brand ambassador , representing the values and heritage of the house with passion and authenticity. Coach and develop a team of approximately 10 people, fostering individual growth and collective excellence . Drive performance and operational excellence across two Chicago stores. Cultivate a culture of clienteling and emotional connection with our customers. Partner with the Regional VP and HQ to implement strategies, share insights, and contribute to the brand’s continued success. Who We’re Looking For A proven people leader with strong experience managing fashion retail teams (multi-store or large store leadership experience preferred) either in luxury or premium contemporary.
