Overview
Remote role. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of professional design experience, preferably in agriculture, food production, or related industries. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred). Strong experience with PowerPoint and presentation design. Knowledge of print production, signage, and large-format graphics. Familiarity with Canva and other templated design tools. Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design digital ads for platforms like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to reach farmers, dealers, and integrators.
- Create branded graphics for email campaigns promoting livestock health products and programs.
- Design website banners and landing page graphics optimized for farm-focused campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos of farms, tradeshows, and product demonstrations.
- Add graphics, subtitles, and animations for training and product education.
- Develop simple motion graphics to highlight product benefits in livestock environments.
- Assist in graphic design for PowerPoint presentations for dealer training, sales pitches, and technical education.
- Create sales collateral such as product one-pagers, hoof health flyers, poultry program brochures, and catalogs.
- Support dealer and distributor marketing kits with ready-to-use creative.
- Develop booth graphics, signage, and backdrops for industry shows like World Dairy Expo, IPPE, and World Pork Expo.
- Design tabletop banners, giveaways, and handouts tailored to swine, poultry, and dairy customers.
- Maintain consistency with Kersia’s global brand while adapting to North American markets.
- Organize and manage a design asset library (logos, farm photography, infographics).
- Collaborate with marketing, product owners, and sales staff to ensure technical accuracy and relevance.
- Execute design projects based on concepts and direction provided by the marketing team.
