The Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Talent Manager (Beauty & Lifestyle) to be our champion on the ground in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll work closely with high-profile beauty and lifestyle influencers as they build out their presence in the U.S. market. You’ll be the key strategist, dealmaker, and partner for our creators – a mix of agent, brand matchmaker, and opportunity hunter. While there will be some creator support, the heart of this role is about sourcing new deals, building fresh opportunities, and driving growth. What You’ll Be Doing

• Own beauty & lifestyle revenue: Prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and scale deals across our roster.
• Leverage your network: Activate your brand and agency relationships (beauty, CPG, lifestyle, PR shops, influence agencies) to open doors fast.
• Source new opportunities: Identify fresh categories, partnerships, and campaign concepts to expand what our creators can do with brands.
• Scale deal size and quality: Separate usage/whitelisting from base fees, cap exclusivity, and upsell smartly.
• Operate clean: Forecast accurately, run campaigns smoothly, and manage deliverables with precision.
• Spot & package moments: Turn premieres, lifestyle launches, and cultural beats into monetizable brand moments.

What We’re Looking For

• Track record of closing deals: 3–7+ years in influencer sales, talent management, or brand partnerships, with strong wins in beauty/lifestyle.
• Existing U.S. relationships: You already have strong, established connections with brand-side and agency-side buyers, especially in beauty and lifestyle, and can activate on those relationships quickly to open doors and generate immediate opportunities.
• Negotiation chops: You love the deal and know how to maximize value while building long-term partnerships.
• Creative free thinker: You see opportunities others miss and approach brand partnerships from fresh angles.
• Self-starter with hustle: You thrive in lean teams, create opportunities from scratch, and don’t wait to be told what to do.

Compensation

Base salary $55,000–$70,000 (DOE) Negotiable + a lucrative, uncapped tiered commission structure with clear milestones. Strong performers can expect to exceed their base through commissions, with significant upside as revenue scales past $1M+.
