We are seeking an experienced Studio lead Landscape Architect to join a dynamic firm in Birmingham, Alabama.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a variety project types
Work closely with the Principal to shape design direction and support the overall vision of the studio.
Oversee project delivery, including schedules, budgets, client coordination, and consultant collaboration.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical support to junior and mid-level staff.
Contribute to operational aspects of the practice, helping to ensure smooth project workflow and studio efficiency.
Uphold design excellence and ensure all work meets the highest professional and technical standards.

Qualifications:

Licensed Landscape Architect (PLA) strongly preferred.
10+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with significant project leadership responsibilities.
Strong design sensibility, with a portfolio demonstrating built work in urban, commercial, and public realm projects.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from initial concept through construction administration.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships.
Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and developing emerging talent.
