Epic is hiring: User Experience Designer in Rockford

Overview

Join to apply for the User Experience Designer role at Epic. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Lead experience and visual design for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design.
• Meet with end-users to understand their unique needs, research workflows, and observe applications being used contextually.
• Collaborate with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture.
• Demonstrate ideas with sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Location and Culture

Epic is located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, and maintains a campus designed to heighten productivity in various settings. The role includes relocation assistance.

Requirements / Qualifications

• A solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills
• Education or experience in user-centered design techniques
• Bachelor's degree or greater
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• COVID-19 vaccination
