Overview

Role: Senior Creative Content Specialist who brings fresh, innovative ideas to life through motion graphics, animations, videos, photography, and graphic design. This role supports the Creative Content Director by executing creative projects, managing content assets, and ensuring the brand story comes to life across all platforms. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of producing both high-fidelity and low-fidelity content that aligns with the brand vision while maintaining organized content systems.

Salary : $90-100k

Top priorities

Your top focus in the first 30 days: Concept + shoot campaign content for 2-3 drops per month; develop video teaser content for social and paid for each drop and launch campaign materials. Develop an organic YouTube strategy to launch within 30 days and maintain ongoing. Low-fi + High-fi video shoot + editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Design & Storytelling: Develop eye-catching motion graphics, animations, and marketing materials for organic and paid channels.
  • Create both high-quality (hi-fi) and quick-turnaround (low-fi) content tailored to the needs of different marketing channels.
  • Develop intimate brand stories that speak to the mission behind the brand, highlighting diversity, community, conversation, and excitement.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Content Director to execute creative concepts for photoshoots, video shoots, and campaigns.
  • Lead storyboarding, planning, and editing of creative projects that showcase the brand’s unique identity.
  • Bring innovation through unique media types to market products in new ways.
  • Execute content to support 2-3 drops per month.

Asset Management

  • Overseas content organization — managing and overseeing main DAM and all content assets (photos, videos, design files, and motion graphics) in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Ensure content assets are appropriately tagged, archived, and easily retrievable for use by various teams.
  • Work closely with the Creative Content Director to establish and enforce a consistent asset management system in Canva and Air.
  • Ensure final assets go live are up to brand standards, reviewing stills and video on behalf of the brand team for GTM strategy.

Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver assets optimized for various platforms and campaigns.
  • Accept feedback from the Creative Content Director to refine and elevate work to meet brand standards.
  • Collaborate on content planning weekly for social and paid.
  • Work with team leads to streamline and scale the creative process, implementing AI and other tools to meet content scale.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables align with project briefs and strategic goals.

Innovative Ideation

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and creative techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Suggest creative strategies to help the brand stand out in the market.
  • Implement AI and roll out new platform optimizations to team members.

Current Roadmap Focus

  • Storyboard and develop organic YouTube channel and new TT platform.
  • Oversee video assets for paid channel, ensuring a 70/30% creative balance with video.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, photography, videography, or a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and content trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing content assets and ensuring they are well-maintained.
  • 4+ years managing other creative team members and leading deadlines.
  • 6+ years of experience in fashion.
  • Ability to balance creative execution with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • 4+ years experience in color and music editing.
