Overview

Event Designer at BTC Inc. BTC Inc. is the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, The Bitcoin Conference, and Bitcoin for Corporations. Our mission is Hyperbitcoinization, the global adoption of Bitcoin as the world’s preferred monetary network. We seek a versatile designer who can translate a brand’s vision into compelling, real-world experiences and event assets. This remote-first role collaborates across teams to shape how attendees experience the Bitcoin Conference brand and requires on-site presence during flagship events. Core working hours should overlap with the Central Time Zone. Some domestic and international travel will be required for on-site design and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design event collateral across multiple formats: signage, maps, wayfinding, logo walls, wearables, and branded activations.
• Create both print-ready assets (with precision in file prep, naming conventions, font outlining, and formatting) and digital assets (LED displays, motion graphics, and digital signage).
• Apply UX principles to physical spaces to ensure attendees have an intuitive and consistent journey through the event.
• Adapt the Bitcoin Conference brand to international audiences, including multi-language layouts and localized creative.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and sponsor teams to ensure flawless execution and file handoff.
• Work under tight timelines and iterative approval processes while balancing multiple high-priority deliverables.

Your Experience

• 2–4+ years in design roles with strong event, experiential, or brand design experience.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and stay highly organized.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and consistency in line with brand style guides.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Experience with motion design and preparing files for digital signage (After Effects, media encoders) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with print production best practices (bleeds, color profiles, outlines, file prep).
• Portfolio required: include examples of event design work—signage, wayfinding, environmental graphics, or live activation collateral—alongside other design projects.
• Bonus: prior experience in live event design, international design formats, or bitcoin/tech conferences.

Compensation

Pay Range: 60,000 - 103,000 USD per year (Remote)
