Base pay range : $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Reason for the opening: Revamping product lines post-merger.
Position type : Fully onsite
Pay : Negotiable
PTO and benefits package are provided along with potential for bonus.
Responsibilities
Gain and maintain a technical understanding of current company offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to comprehend and translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling digital content.
Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing in planning, organizing, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across content, social media, and digital channels.
Collaborate and develop strategic objectives and goals to be carried out that will assist in increasing revenue for the organization.
Support trade show activities such as researching relevant shows and developing materials and campaigns to support the events.
Research digital marketing of competitors.
Identify opportunities in paid media, SEO, content, and social performance. Evaluate which channels are driving the best ROI. Track industry and marketing trends. Recommend adjustments based on results.
Create product focused assets such as landing pages, videos, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Plan, launch, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience implementing marketing and branding campaigns.
Minimum three years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Strong technical skills with tools such as WordPress (or other CMS), Google Analytics, Google Console, Meta Audience Insights, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM, etc.
