We provide commercial software products and custom software development and integration services for organizations in the broadcast, telecommunications, and government defense markets. Responsibilities
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals and technical constraints. Apply and contribute to our design system to maintain consistency across products. Gather and apply feedback from senior designers, stakeholders, and end users. Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) design. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects. Please include your portfolio in your application. Basic proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). Understanding of user-centered design principles, design processes, and usability fundamentals. Strong communication skills and willingness to present and defend design decisions. Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with business acumen and understanding software development lifecycle models such as Agile, Waterfall. Experience working within or contributing to a design system. Exposure to accessibility standards (WCAG). Why join CodeMettle?
