Salary: $800 - $1,095 per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and an eagerness to support our public relations efforts in promoting our brand and enhancing our public image. In this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies, monitor media coverage, and engage with stakeholders to foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and report findings to the PR team.
• Coordinate logistics for public relations events, including press conferences and promotional events.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and distribution databases.
• Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance online presence.
• Collaborate with team members on creative content for newsletters and website updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and PR measurement techniques is a plus.
