Key ResponsibilitiesOperational SupportAssist the Studio Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team communication.Support oversight of cleaning crew, inventory management, and studio supplies.Ensure studio spaces are prepared for classes and events, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.Help coordinate instructor schedules and classroom needs.Client Experience & EngagementGreet and onboard clients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.Address client questions, concerns, and feedback with empathy and solutions-focused communication.Support prospective client tours, consultations, and intro experiences.Manage client profiles, waivers, and payment processing using CRM software.Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive community environment.Sales & Membership SupportAssist in lead management, membership sales, and client retention strategies.Track and follow up with clients on unused credits, expiring packages, and membership opportunities.Upsell retail products, special programs, and studio events.Support implementation of promotions and referral programs.Team CollaborationAct as a bridge between the Studio Manager and Client Experience team.Provide coverage for Studio Manager responsibilities when needed.Support instructors with class setup, playlists, and studio logistics.Help coordinate community events, workshops, and initiatives.Who You AreA passionate advocate for Pilates and its transformative benefits.A skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in supporting both clients and team members.Comfortable balancing client-facing responsibilities with operational tasks.A positive team-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
