Apollo Technical has an immediate need for an Interior designer / drafter in the Lawrenceville GA area.

Join our client's dynamic team as a meticulous Interior drafter/designer, where your technical expertise and production prowess will drive the creation of high-quality construction documents.

In this key role, you'll focus on design detailing, seamless coordination with consultants and contractors, and converting innovative concepts into precise, constructible plans.

We're seeking a candidate with a deep knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards to ensure every detail aligns with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive construction drawings, documentation, and specifications with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior designers to evolve creative visions into technically sound documents.
• Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and finish schedules utilizing AutoCAD.
• Verify that all drawings and documents adhere to building codes, ADA guidelines, and relevant industry standards.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve technical project challenges.
• Evaluate shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to confirm alignment with the original design intent.
• Organize drawing sets meticulously and contribute to meeting aggressive project timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• At least 2 years of hands-on interior design experience, emphasizing production and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
