Paid Social (Meta / Tiktok) Media Buyer (remote) (m/f/d) at CoreDrive - D2C Growth Partner. We are an E-Commerce Growth Agency that helps DTC & E-Com Brands scale past 500k/month profitably with Meta Ads. We are a small, rapidly growing remote team with a collaborative culture, focused on improving operations to offer faster turnaround times and specialized services for European clients.

Our clients are 7- and 8-figure e-commerce brands. We help them crack the code to return to profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify the biggest growth levers and bottlenecks in ad accounts, creatives (KPIs), landing pages, offers, and unit economics
• Spot missing parts in clients’ acquisition funnels
• Develop highly converting frontend offers with clients to improve client acquisition
• Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Account Manager to develop test hypotheses and creative roadmaps
• Find iteration potentials in ad accounts and scale campaigns
• Set up new creative tests according to account size while managing budget effectively
• Kill tests early when kill points are reached
• Improve processes, delegate low-impact tasks, and stay hands-on when urgency requires
• Live and breathe Direct Response Principles & E-Com, including offers, market sophistication, awareness stages, and VSLs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media and media buying trends
• Follow industry leaders and current e-commerce developments
• Own client outcomes with accountability and a growth mindset
• Maintain efficiency and seek tools that increase daily productivity
• Proactively anticipate challenges and manage deadlines
• Demonstrate attention to detail in all work

Outcomes

• Ensure accounts achieve Monthly Revenue and New Customer targets while improving CM3

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Paid Social Media Buying experience in an e-commerce agency or e-commerce brand
• Understanding German language or experience working with German clients
• Driven with a fast learning curve for required skills
• Curious about the latest trends and AI developments
• Social media native with a pulse on current trends
• Ability to work in a Berlin timezone schedule
• Access to 200+ hours of training material
• Efficient communication; minimal meetings
