Gilder Search Group is hiring: Amazon PPC & DSP Advertising Manager in Boise

Our client, a fast-growing Amazon agency, is seeking an experienced Amazon PPC & DSP Advertising Manager to manage and grow client accounts across the full Amazon Ads suite. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience in both PPC (Sponsored Ads) and DSP, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns
• Provide clear insights and strategic recommendations to clients
• Manage budgets, pacing, and performance to maximize ROI
• Stay current on Amazon Advertising best practices and innovations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success

What We’re Looking For

• Must have hands-on experience managing both PPC & DSP campaigns
• 3+ years of Amazon Advertising experience with proven results
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with ability to turn data into strategy
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Agency experience strongly preferred
