What You’ll Be Doing

• Install and service AV infrastructure, including speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and cabling
• Work with systems like Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, and other distributed AV platforms
• Occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 techs
• Travel to job sites across New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed)
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality AV installations

What You Bring

• Solid hands-on AV experience (installation, troubleshooting, setup)
• Familiarity with Biamp, Crestron, Q-SYS, or CTS certification (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to grow within the company
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and pass a DOT physical
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
