Overview

We are seeking a talented Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create innovative product designs that align with our brand strategy while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver commercially viable product designs that reflect the brand's vision and business objectives.
• Conduct research on fashion trends and consumer needs to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development throughout the design process.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and key partners, incorporating feedback for finalization.
• Produce design sketches and prototypes, ensuring specifications meet quality standards.
• Manage junior design talent, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and speed in design delivery.

Skills

• Proven ability to create original design sketches and successful product lines.
• Strong understanding of style, fit, and fabric in fashion design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commercial fashion eye.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a retail or fashion design environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software.
• Knowledge of CAD illustration skills and technical design processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
