Product Operations Lead (Seasonal) | Fashion Show
Job Summary
The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back of house (BOH) product operations, ensure floor and BOH are stocked and organized, and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when on the floor. They contribute to team performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled on the floor.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following SOPs.
- Execute product actions (e.g., pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
- Engage team members in inventory management to create a fun and productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and guest availability.
- Review daily business data and metrics to inform actions and provide recommendations on product focus or pricing where applicable.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Provide coaching and development feedback to team members; recognize good performance in real time.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to ensure technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Job Requirements
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Travel: Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
Schedule/Availability
- Schedule varies based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak times or events, some shifts may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.
Experience
- 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning/logistics; including using business technology to accomplish work.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
- Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or higher.
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; ability to review and interpret business reports and metrics to inform action.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service: Food safety and/or liquor service certification (if applicable).

- For experiential stores with food/beverage service: possible use of industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.89/hour (varies by location). Target Bonus: $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.50 - $27.89/hour.
