Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sr. Graphic Designer to support our social media marketing efforts across both paid and organic channels. This role requires a designer who understands how to design engaging, platform-specific content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with the VP of Digital and Print Design, the organic social team, marketing, copywriting, and performance teams to create high-quality visuals that perform well in fast-paced, digital-first environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design compelling static and motion graphics for paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) that align with performance goals.
  • Develop engaging organic content for social media platforms, including stories, reels, carousels, and infographics.
  • Adapt creative assets to meet platform-specific requirements and best practices.
  • Partner with marketing managers and copywriters to concept and execute campaigns that balance brand voice with performance objectives.
  • Test and iterate on creative variations to support A/B testing and optimize ad performance.
  • Stay up to date on social trends, formats, and platform innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of experience designing for digital marketing or social media.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design work across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video content, when needed.
  • Understanding of paid media requirements (ad specs, file sizes, placements, and optimization best practices).
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design approaches.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
