Podcast Producer (Part-time, Contract)

We are looking for an experienced, in-person contract podcast producer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role is hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable managing all aspects of the studio environment during recording sessions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the studio before each recording session, including audio, video, and lighting setup.
• Ensure all equipment (cameras, microphones, recorders, lights, monitors, etc.) is properly turned on, connected, and functioning.
• Be present in the studio during interviews to monitor equipment and troubleshoot if needed.
• Maintain a professional and supportive recording environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience with podcast or video production (audio, video, and lighting).
• Familiarity with studio equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Reliable, organized, and able to start ASAP.
• Must be based in Austin, Texas.
