Unilux Brand is seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our fast-paced team immediately. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about building and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will work closely with the PR Manager and other team members to develop and implement effective communication strategies that promote our brand and enhance our reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations campaigns and strategies.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media contacts.
• Monitor media coverage and report impressions and feedback to the team.
• Coordinate and support public relations events, conferences, and promotions.
• Create compelling content for social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
