Marketing & Web Coordinator - with UX/UI Experience

Level 2 Designs is seeking a resourceful, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator with a marketing and UX/UI specialty to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can jump seamlessly between tasks, and isn’t afraid to leverage AI and new tools to make marketing systems more efficient.

You will play a key role in supporting our e-commerce brand, Health by Principle, while also contributing to projects for Level 2 Designs and our clients. You’ll help us create a strong brand presence through SEO, newsletters, UX/UI input, web support, and marketing campaigns — and you’ll bring creative ideas that are low-cost, scalable, and effective.

This is not a traditional coordinator role. We are looking for someone with a “hacker mentality” who can navigate the challenges of today’s tech and marketing landscape, adapt quickly, and find creative ways to get results.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and report on digital marketing campaigns (email, SEO, promotions, and future social media campaigns).
  • Create and distribute newsletters and email blasts.
  • Proofread and edit blog posts, website copy, and other marketing materials.
  • Track and analyze SEO and marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Brainstorm and test promotional ideas and campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Support order fulfillment for Health by Principle.
  • Research audience preferences and monitor trending keywords, hashtags, and topics.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, etc.) to generate content, streamline workflows, and create systems that run independently.
  • Provide web-related support on Level 2 Designs’ projects (basic updates, troubleshooting, content formatting in WordPress/Shopify).
  • Offer UX/UI input on websites, landing pages, and apps — reviewing flows, suggesting improvements, and collaborating on user-centered design.
  • (Future) Develop and maintain a social media calendar, creating and scheduling multimedia content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related field.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles — ability to review user flows, identify pain points, and suggest improvements (Figma experience a plus).
  • Comfortable using AI tools to ideate and generate content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful “hacker” mentality.
  • Ability to jump between tasks without losing momentum.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics.
  • Experience with newsletters/email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, and basic web troubleshooting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
