Role summary

The Visual Sales Supervisor leads by example, champions a transformational customer experience, and supports the team in delivering brand-appropriate service and sales excellence. You will work with an amazing team of professionals who share a passion for excellence and contribute to a welcoming, brand-promoting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering a transformational client experience and achieving sales goals.
• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and support visual presentation standards and store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Help manage the store team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Coach and support team members to develop selling skills, product knowledge, and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of highly successful sales experience.
• At least 1 year of Key Holder or Selling Manager experience in a luxury or service-driven environment with exemplary performance.
• Management or employee training experience is a plus.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Compensation and benefits

Compensation range for this position is 19.00 USD per hour. Offer based on relevant experience and work location. A generous set of benefits is provided to those who work over 30 hours.
