Overview

Job Title: Visual Merchandising Manager, House of Dior
Location: New York, NY

Join to apply for the Visual Merchandising Manager role at Christian Dior Couture. The position reports to the VM Regional Senior Manager, NY Metro & House of Dior.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a network of support so that VM work (installs, rotations and maintenance) is a team effort, including preplanning with Boutique Management, Category Leaders and Operations.
• Lead visual efforts such as collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event setups. This may include overnights, weekends and holidays. Display updates will cover Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison, and Spa.
• Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and excellence; develop a structure or system for display maintenance with attention to detail and accountability.
• VM is about relationships as well as displays; coordinate walk-throughs of displays and participate in morning meetings to foster ownership and alignment.
• Address merchandising concerns to accommodate business needs or corporate directives that may require adaptations to guidelines.
• Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all teams involved for full visibility; maintain accountability with boutique and corporate partners.
• Develop and maintain close partnership with Central HQ Image Team as well as local category VM leaders across all universes.
• Diligent handling, care, and prop organizing to ensure maintenance and up-to-date inventory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, including HQ, corporate, and retail.
• Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility; final offer depends on skills and experience.
