Description
SAIC is currently seeking a Business Process Writer located in Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM to identify processes from system administration and network operations to create document and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Document J73 processes and procedures for supporting USINDOPACOM training events and exercises.
- Document IT event support, IT service desk, logistics, network operations.
- Research and develop improved business processes and procedures.
- Conduct and participate in MS Teams meetings.
- Conduct focus meetings to support process and procedure documentation.
- Conduct staff coordination via email, MS Teams, written products.
- Validate existing processes are clear and accurate.
- Support development of business process analytics and performance measures.
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s and two (2)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience documenting processes and procedures (SOPs).
- Experience holding focus groups to identify business processes.
- Knowledge of IT system administration and network operations.
- Demonstrated skill using MS Word for developing SOPs, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio to develop presentations, processes, and procedures.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE
- Must have a current Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance.
- Must have current ship.
Target salary range: $80,001 – $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
