Overview

DFW Caregivers, a trusted and rapidly growing home care agency, is looking for an experienced and driven Marketer / Community Liaison to join our Dallas–Fort Worth team. If you have a strong healthcare network in DFW and a passion for making a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. Social workers, Case Managers, DONs, and experienced healthcare marketers are especially encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and referral partners
• Drive referral growth by promoting personal care, companion care, and medication reminder services
• Represent DFW Caregivers at networking events, health fairs, and community programs
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our client base
• Track and report marketing performance to support business growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home care or healthcare marketing
• Established book of business and professional network in the DFW area
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Social Workers, Case Managers, DONs willing to take a part-time role are welcome to apply
