Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients who have been injured in accidents
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other referral sources
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and its services
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate and comply with legal regulations
• Track and analyze marketing campaigns to measure their effectiveness and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the personal injury and/or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and basic office equipment
• Knowledge of legal regulations related to marketing in the personal injury industry
