The salary range for this position based on experience is $80,000 - 100,000 USD annually.

Job Description
We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, delivering a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the global comms journey. Reporting to the Production Director, you as Senior Producer will be an extension of other departments. You will deliver high-quality productions that fulfill the creative vision and improve the creative opportunity.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality productions, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensuring paperwork and post-production requirements are completed.
This is a hybrid role based in Portland, OR. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead on production authority
- Manage budgets ($1M+ per production) and cost negotiations at multiple production levels. This includes bids, estimates, PO management and tracking production costs.
- Manage multiple production timelines and achieve time
- Experience with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands and management
- Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all deliverables
- Manage the production resource network, music management and post-production
- Manage sample ordering, tracking and shipments to/from shoot location(s)
- Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docs
- Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shoot
- Final reconciliations including archiving
- On set attendance and 40% travel globally often last minute and for longer periods
- 1 day office attendance per week sitting in the Jellyfish Portland or client office (travel days count as attendance)
Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in cross-media (print, digital and TVC) commercial shoot production
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education
- Experience in business affairs: Legal clearances, insurance and usage rights
- Creative agency experience
- Able and willing to travel regionally and internationally
- Fluent in English
- Experience with marketing industries, processes and communication channels
- Experience with production trends, costs and WOW.
